How do sales and discount codes work?

All discount/coupon codes are only valid for single usage and will only apply to non discounted products or combos. This can also NOT apply on a specific product level IE: Interactive toys, new product releases.

Sales are ran from time to time on the stores and are subject to change at any time.

Buy More Save More, or Tiered discount sales, are set to apply only on products/combos that are not currently discounted, or as per the specific product level noted above.

Shipping Information

What are the requirements for free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on Domestic Australian Ground Shipped orders only. IE: orders within the continent of AUS. This is offered via Couriers Please and Australia Parcel Post. Free shipping is not valid on any express air freight service. Free shipping is offered on these qualifying orders once the order value reaches $150 AUD for Domestic orders. This amount can change from time to time, based on current promotions. Free Shipping is not valid on any Kiiroo products or the Liberator Mounts.

Why does my tracking number not work?

Most tracking numbers will be trackable within 24 hours of receipt of the email notification. If you received your tracking number and you've allowed 24-48 hours for Couriers Please, Australia Post or DHL to update their tracking information and still are not able to track your package, contact us.

Do you ship to freight forwarders?

No, we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Yes, we do require a signature for delivery, but you can opt for Authority to leave or redirection with the transport companies once the order has been consigned. If you opt for this choices, then you are accepting responsibility of the order being delivered.

Do I have to be home at time of delivery?

Carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or even on your front/back porch if the driver has been given authority to do so by you and the area is secure enough to leave the package. Otherwise, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order.

What does the package look like?

All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as Flaus. and will not reference "", "Sex Toy" or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact Us to make changes to your shipping address if your order has not already been shipped. If it has been shipped already, there could be additional charges from the Transport Company.

You can also select to have your order shipped to a Pop Station or Pop Shop with Couriers Please or an Australia Post Parcel Locker

How can I change or cancel my order?

Contact Us to change or cancel your order; we make no guarantee that the change can be made before the order ships. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

How do I return my package if I changed my mind?

Once you've received your package, contact us for an RMA number. DO NOT OPEN THE BOX! Simply write the RMA number on the box and ship the package to our facility. Use the address on Contact Us.

What happens if my package was sent back?

If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility without an RMA number, the product value will be refunded upon receipt.

How are domestic orders shipped? (Within Australia)

All orders are shipped via Couriers Please or Australia Post. If your address is a PO Box or Parcel Locker, then these orders will be shipped by Australia Post.

How long does shipping take?


  • Our facility ships its packages Monday through Friday.
  • Couriers Please and Australia Post both operate Monday through Friday.
  • Couriers Please and Australia Parcel Post orders can take from 1 day to 2 weeks dependant on where the delivery address is within Australia. Australia Express post is overnight to all metro cities and 2 days to Perth. To calculate Australia Post delivery time frames please visit either Auspost Delivery Times 
  • All orders are generally processed within 24 business hours; however, we reserve the right to ship these orders in 1-3 business days from the date that payment is finalised.
  • Any order delayed due to payment failure, changes requested by the customer, incomplete/incorrect shipping address, or back-ordered items will not be eligible for a partial shipping refund and may result in increased processing time.
Couriers Please

Couriers Please uses a road freight network. The below time frames are estimates.

Sydney and Greater Sydney area, 1-2 day delivery

Please note: Australia Post Express Post service cannot deliver the Fleshlight Launch, Kiiroo Onyx or Kiiroo Pearl products due to the Lithium Batteries being classified as Dangerous Goods. If you opt for this service and these products are in your order, we will refund the shipping cost and send via Parcel Post. You will be notified by email once we have done this.

How are orders shipped to International Locations? (outside Australia)

All orders are shipped via or DHL Express or The Australia Post International Network.

Why is my country on the "Do Not Ship" list?

Countries on the list are there because, in our experience, orders shipped to those countries have been confiscated by customs and are not delivered to the client or returned to our facility. The "Do Not Ship" list is subject to change at any time.

If your country is in the Ship List and Customs seizes the goods, it is up to yourself to claim with them how to receive the items. You as the buyer are responsible to know your countries customs laws in regards to importing products.

Are duty fees included in the shipping price?

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. We do not include these additional costs as a part of the total amount. Any customs fees or duties applicable are to be paid by the Receiver. 

Customs Documents must declare the full list of all items in your order, including any free items the order qualifies for. This also includes the true value of every item in the order. We will ensure that where a discount has been applied, it will be reflected on the commercial invoice to match what your order total was.

Please also note, you need to be aware of the import limits for your country and take into consideration the Currency Conversion rate when making the order.

Are taxes included in the order total?

All orders shipping to an Australian address are subject to GST (Goods and services taxes) and the total GST component will be shown at the checkout.

As of the 16th October 2020, Fleshlight Australia Pty Ltd now has to collect and remit GST on behalf of the New Zealand Internal Revenue Department (NZ IRD). All orders shipping to a NZ address are now subject to NZ GST. The total NZ GST component will be shown at the checkout. 

All orders shipped to any other country are not subject to taxes and this will be shown at the checkout.

How will the items be declared in customs?

We will declare the actual product value to customs, but name declarations are assigned per the following:

Can you ship my item as a "gift"?

Requests to ship your order as a "gift" will not be honoured.

DHL Express

DHL Express is normally 1-2 day delivery with exceptions for out of Major City areas, or delays in customs clearance.

Australia Post International Network

Australia Post offers the below delivery options and their features.

Courier: 1-2 Business Days between major metro areas, tracking via SMS and Email notifications

Express: 2-3 Business Days between major metro areas, tracking via SMS and Email notifications, signature required on delivery

Standard: 6+ Business Days, tracking via Email notifications

Economy Air: 10+ Business Days, no tracking offered.


What items do you accept for return?

All items that are unopened and unused can be returned for product value. We will NOT accept opened/used items for return. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is delivered for a product value refund. If you have any questions regarding a return please contact us using any of the methods listed on our Contact Us page before returning any products as any used products that are returned will be thrown away and no refund or reship will be issued.

Make sure you contact us for an RMA number to return unopened merchandise before you send the item(s) back to us. We cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package!


Defective or incorrect items

If you opened the item but it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased please call our customer service department at +61 7 3493 0172 so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures to verify if it is a defect or the incorrect item. Once pictures verify it is a defect or the wrong item we will send a replacement at our expense. We do not need the incorrect/defective item(s) back.

Please note, an item is not deemed defective if it doesn't feel any good or you're not happy with your selection after use. Do to the nature of the products and their usage, we cannot offer a refund or credit in these situations.

*** You must contact us within 90 days of delivery for us to replace a defective/incorrect item. After 90 days we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items. ***

Sticky or Tacky Sleeves

As of 2017, we have made the move to Corn Starch for powdering the superskin at the QA level and the Owners recognise that it may be significantly stickier after rinsing if off with water after use. There is indeed a noticeable difference when comparing sleeves made prior to 2017 to today's most recently produced sleeves.

The bottom line is that the quality and chemical makeup of the super-skin gel has never changed and is of the same quality that the company has set in place for many years.

As such no replacements or refunds are offered for such complaints.

Please note, that whilst you may have a pre 2017 Pink or Fleshtone sleeve, if you have a Ice or Metallic sleeve at all, then it is also sticky and not powdered. The stickiness is the actual base materials and this level of stickiness changes due to how much colouring is added to the base materials.

To assist with removing the stickiness on your Pink or Fleshtone sleeves only, we recommend that you store them with Fleshlight Renewing Powder when not in use. Once this is rinsed off, it will be sticky again, but as long as you're using water based lubricant with the sleeve, the stickiness is not there during use.

Unopened items?

If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), please contact us to obtain an RMA number. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. After we receive your return and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item as long as it is unopened/unused, less the original shipping fee.

Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

Remember that we will not issue a partial product value refund on package deals; they must be returned all together! Any items that are returned to us used or opened will simply be disposed of and we will not issue a refund for them.
